Touch screen technology, dual screens, and wireless communication: that is how Nintendo DS Lite Black  is described by the gamers.

Nintendo DS is the leading gaming station in the United States, with the company located in Rockefeller center in the city of New York. It even surpasses the number of gaming units which SONY sells.

The interaction between the gamers and the games has got a new definition by Nintendo DS Lite’s free Wi-Fi connection. You can now compete with the gamers all throughout the world. Distance is no more the factor now.

Dual Screens

Two unbelievably and extraordinarily brilliant LCD screens offer you the most revolutionary game play technologies ever advanced! Say no to 2-D! The new advanced LCDs can produce a perfect 3-D view with remarkable 3D renderings to surpass the images displayed on its own Nintendo 64.

Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection

Are you ready to take the world on? Nintendo Wi-Fi connevtion lets you connect to any gamer playing anywhere in the world wirelessly. Now, play and chat at the same time. All what you need is a Wi-Fi ready game and not to forget the most important, Nintendo DS. What more? The service is totally FREE!

No need to rely on buttons to shift point of views or to move your characters. The lower screen of Nintendo DS Lite Black offers a new feature which surpasses all the other gaming stations: touch screen technology. So, now you can steer the menus and access the items in the inventory with just the touch of your finger.

But watch out! Nintendo does not monitor the Nintendo DS Lite wireless communication along with the Picto-Chat and hence it is NOT private. So, beware before revealing any of your individual information or fixing a meeting with a stranger!

Black Nintendo DS Lite Review

By Justin R. Brown

Black Nintendo DS Lite Console

Black Nintendo DS Lite Console

Black Nintendo DS Lite unit features two incredibly bright LCD screens offer one of the most innovative groundbreaking game play advances ever made. Both of these 3-inch screens can recreate a true 3D display view, with a very impressive 3D graphical display that blows out the Nintendo 64 entertainment console.

Just as you think the screen functionality is as good as it gets, it gets better. The bottom screen of the DS offers something that has never been seen before in any hand held gaming device… a touch-screen. Gone are the days of having to depend on just buttons to move your characters around. You can now navigate menus by simply touching the screen with a stylus pen or your finger. This functionality leads to unlimited possibilities for game developers. Nintendo put a lot of thought into this unit and it shows even on the small features like the touch screen with it’s rugged film cover for durability, and the sleek stylus that is neatly stored in the back of the device.

One of my favorite features of the black Nintendo DS is that it doesn’t just play DS games but it also has a very nifty backwards capable port for Game Boy Advance Game Paks as well.
Ready to take on the multiplayer world? Well, with Nintendo DS’s impressive laundry list of features including the very popular Wi-Fi Connection, you can do just that. The build in Wi-Fi connection will allow you to connect wirelessly, chat and play with Nintendo DS owners around b the world. Good decision by Nintendo deciding to make this freely accessible. There are absolutely no subscription fees, the service is free! With the Black Nintendo DS Lite, you can connect with a local wireless network of up to 16 players. The range is a very impress 30 - 100 ft.

The Black Nintendo DS Lite, also called the onyx, has sound capabilities that allow for unprecedented use of voices and richer, higher quality game experience. A built-in microphone port means that with Nintendo DS, you only need to tell your games what to do. Nintendo didn’t skimp on the DS microphone either. This high quality mic gives you even more ways to get involved with your favorite DS games.
With all of these features and many that were not even mentioned here, you would think that this device is a battery drainer. Surprising to me the DS gets up to 19 hours continuous game play on one single charge!

Needless to say, the Black Nintendo DS Lite or a DS for that matter will revolutionize the way games are played. No matter if its Wi-Fi Connection allowing you put your skills to the test against players across the room or across the world or the impressive 3D rendered graphics, this Black Nintendo DS Lite system delivers the goods with cutting-edge portable games for fans of any age making this a must have gift for everyone.
